Mark is a physiotherapist who combines his background in personal training and competitive sport with a passion for helping people move and perform at their best. He takes an active, goal-oriented approach to rehabilitation, focusing on restoring strength, mobility, and confidence through individualized treatment plans.

Drawing on his experience in high-level athletics, Mark understands the physical and mental demands of both sport and daily life. His sessions integrate exercise-based rehabilitation, dry needling, manual therapy, and patient education to not only relieve pain but address the root cause of injury and prevent recurrence. He also incorporates isometric dynamometry to accurately assess strength, track progress, and evaluate the effectiveness of each training plan — ensuring that every program is guided by measurable results.

Mark enjoys working with clients of all activity levels, from athletes returning to play to individuals looking to stay active and moving in daily life. His goal is to empower each person with the tools and knowledge needed to take ownership of their recovery and long-term wellness.
