Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy addresses the problems that limit somebody's movement or functional activities in their daily lives. This could be pain from a recent or old injury or stiffness from a chronic injury. Physiotherapy can help with soft tissue injuries such as tendonitis, sprians and strains, joint pain or nerve pain such as a pinched nerve or sciatic pain. We use a variety of techniques to help with your pain such as hands on therapy where we work on the muscles and joints, acupuncture or IMS, exercise therapy and electrotherapy.
Pelvic Health Physiotherapy

We have partnered with a local Alberta Orthotics Lab to provide you the best quality Custom Foot Orthotics. Your therapist will complete a biomechanical and gait assessment, as well as take a scan of your feet in order to obtain your best fit and ensure Custom Foot Orthotics are appropriate for your condition.
Orthotics are recommended for:
- Joint pain in the toes, foot, ankles, knees, hips or back when standing, walking or running
- People standing and working on concrete/hard surfaces
- People who play sports regularly
- People with diabetes
- People with foot problems such as bunions, corns, fallen arches, etc.
- People with bow-legs or knock-knees
- People who suffer from sore feet on a regular basis
Will These Be Covered?
Most insurance companies will cover Custom Foot Orthotics with a prescription from a medical doctor, which can be obtained via virtual appointment. All orthotics are required to be paid in full by the customer and submitted to insurance with the appropriate paperwork.
Hydrotherapy
Hydrotherapy, or aquatic therapy, is a form of physical therapy that involves exercises and movements performed in a pool or other aquatic environment. It utilizes the unique properties of water to provide a low-impact yet highly effective form of rehabilitation. Buoyancy reduces joint stress, resistance builds muscle strength, and the warmth alleviates pain and inflammation. With its focus on balance, coordination, and relaxation, hydrotherapy is beneficial for various conditions, aiding recovery from injuries, surgeries, and promoting overall physical well-being.
