Lucinda believes that Massage Therapy is an invaluable tool that, either alone, or hand in hand with other manual therapies can heal and treat a body in need. Using a variety of techniques, Lucinda works to alleviate pain, increase range of motion and improve day to day living. For Lucinda, the goal of Massage Therapy is to gently bring the body back into balance, then work together to maintain that balance with regular sessions to check in and treat any new or returning areas of concern. On a personal note, when not massaging, you can find Lucinda hanging out with her family - human and canine…or avoiding them all crocheting something! Lucinda graduated from Makami College 3000 hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program and is a member of the faculty at South Edmonton School of Massage Therapy. She is also a member in good standing with the NHPC (National Healthcare Providers of Canada).
